The Development Player League (DPL), is a premier national soccer league for girls in the U13 to U19 age groups. The DPL offers a competitive platform for top youth clubs across the United States, dedicated to fostering the growth and success of young female athletes. Our mission is to develop players, empower people, create community, showcase talent, and discover collegiate opportunities.

Rangers relies heavily on the support of volunteers to help us achieve our mission and provide value to all members. However, we have been experiencing difficulties in recruiting volunteers for our programs over the last year.
